Order processing begins after you click the “Submit” button, which means it is usually not possible to cancel your order. However, if you notice that there is a mistake in your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.
You will receive your invoice by email, as soon as your package is shipped from our supplier's warehouse. Following this, your invoice will also be available for download under "Order History" in "My Account".

Delivery is completely free for all United States. Standard charges apply for other international deliveries based on the product ordered.
You have 14-days to return an item from the day of delivery. Please see our Return Process section for further information on how to return an item.
